The PET materials used for everyday containers degrade with each recycle. As the plastic deteriorates, it isn’t strong enough to make another bottle, so manufacturers have to mix it with other virgin materials to be used in other industries, meaning we continue taking natural resources from the Earth, damaging the idea of a sustainable, circular economy.
SECOND PROBLEM
SECOND PROBLEM
The sugarcane industry has a global waste problem. While 50% of bagasse is burnt to fuel sugarcane production, the other 50% is sent to landfill, and can even end up in freshwater, absorbing oxygen, which can kill fish populations.
But transforming bagasse into other products is simple, uses less than three components, and is completely free of polylactic acid (PLA) and petroleum. Even better, changing bagasse into a strong material doesn’t add competition to the food industry.
The PLA it uses comes from the bagasse rather than food sources such as corn, so we use waste rather than a valuable food commodity or contribute to biodiversity issues. In fact, India is a country that produces 35% more sugarcane than needed, so this new approach can actually help battle unnecessary surplus and wastage.
We’ve come up with a solution for both the plastic bottle problem and the issues facing the sugarcane industry. Our team makes biodegradable disposable containers and bottles from mountains of bagasse waste that are never going to be used, without needing petroleum.
So you get bottles that are 100% natural, compostable and biodegradable. You don’t have to worry about material ending up in a landfill, staying there for years to come, as all products can be safely returned to the earth.
We make sure we use bagasse from non-GMO sugarcane and take care of the process all through to recycling. Take a look at the strategic steps we take to provide you with the best quality eco-friendly containers for your bran
Grown, used, and composted
Our product’s lifecycle goes from earth to earth. With a circular economy, we can prevent unnecessary landfill. It’s a sustainable way to provide consumers with bottles and eco-friendly packaging that helps us build a better planet.
Our choice of raw material is bagasse, which is the residue left over after juice is extracted from sugarcane.
We only use non-GMO materials, meaning the bagasse we acquire is 100% natural, not genetically modified, and a waste product already in existence.
We also choose sugarcane that doesn’t come from the Americas and Brazil, where plantations now have permission to encroach on the Amazon Rainforest and fields are often burnt after harvest. Finally, all waste we use goes directly into our production process, and we ensure none is left over. We do not compete with the food industry as we only use what they don’t.

When we change the sugarcane waste into eco-friendly containers, we carefully monitor every process to create a high-quality product. With our production partners, we start off by grinding the bagasse down into its simplest form and then pressing to eliminate any excess liquid. Impurities are then separated from the material to create granules. From here, we mix these granules with our unique biomass formula to provide you with a safe and clean product. We finalize the process using reactive extrusion to create the solid polymer that is transformed into eco-friendly bottles. We pride ourselves on quality and carefully carry out the same procedure every time for the best results.

During production, we only use the highest quality equipment that’s safe and has minimal impact on the environment. The process is best used for the creation of hollow products like our eco-friendly containers and bottles. It ensures each item produced is superior, and the equipment can create both narrow and wide-mouthed containers. The seamless process means we can make our products on a large scale, so you can get all you need for your business without having to wait around. Efficiency is key for us.

Our wholesale sustainable products can be used many times over as they pose no risk to health like petroleum-based containers. Once they have been used to their maximum capacity, they can be made use of in the next stage of their lifecycle. This involves recycling, reusing or composting the materials and even giving them a new purpose as a source of biogas in industrial centers.
Your natural bottles return to the earth and help benefit another environmentally conscious industry.

When creating our biodegradable disposable containers, we only use non-GMO sugarcane and we don’t source from Brazil, where the industry forms part of the destruction of the Amazon Rainforest. Once all components are integrated, the biomass creates our unique reusable containers.
This is just the beginning of our plans, and there is much more to come. We have visions for many environmental projects, raising awareness on waste management and improving home composting around the world.
We use bagasse to provide the world with eco-friendly products:
1. We don’t compete with the food industry; we just use what they don’t
2. Our products don’t negatively impact biodiversity as the waste is already there, we’re just transforming it
3. Brazilian sugarcane causes environmental problems, so we stick to bagasse from other, responsible sources
Many manufacturers will reduce the weight of a container as it’s an easy way to reduce the amount of plastic used. This reduces the environmental impact but may affect the properties and resilience of the packaging. We find a balance by using waste materials with the perfect weight. This is very important for products running on an automatic closing line to ensure you get the best quality that will last longer.
We create our sturdy and versatile biodegradable containers as an eco-friendly alternative to their petrol-based counterparts, using PLA from sugarcane so as not to create competition with the food industry. Our certified containers offer a wide range of applications, particularly our strong bottles, available in a transparent style with a beige lid, thanks to the addition of linen in the bagasse-vegetal mix.
Our designers have created a wide range of eco-friendly bottle designs so you can easily find the right container for your liquids. From classic round designs to bottles that withstand sparkling liquids and unique ball and flask shapes, we have curated a collection that can support a whole variety of different liquids. It means you can choose a unique, striking design that makes your product stand out on the shelf for its beauty as much as for its ecological credentials.
Each of our bottles comes with eco-friendly caps that are entirely recyclable and reusable. We make every cap from renewable resources such as bagasse that doesn’t affect the food production of sugarcane, ensuring a truly ecological solution. We invested in creating eco-friendly caps so that you can offer your customers completely eco-friendly packaging, without the worry about how to dispose of their bottle caps.
